Tissue forceps have interlocking teeth, 1x2 or 2x3 to give a better grip on slippery materials such as mesentery or even plastic sheeting. For an even tighter grip, see surgical forceps.

Note: these forceps are made from grade 410 stainless steel for hardness and autoclavability. They are utility grade, suitable for animal and plant studies, and are not for human use.
