Sodium Benzoate Test Papers

Sodium benzoate is used as a food preservative in bread but is also used as a supertaster taste testing chemical in conjuction with PTC and thiourea.

How to use:
  • Take strip out of bottle
  • Stick out tongue
  • Place strip on tongue
Note (1): The number of strips per pack or vial is approximate.
Note (2): Keep out of sunlight.
