General Ordering Instructions

Credit card transactions use secure 128bit encryption: the security lock only appears on the checkout page where credit card information is entered. Privacy is 100% guaranteed.

To order or get a quote:

• Click on the "buy-quote" button beside the item of interest
• Make sure your country/state/province is chosen or cart contents stay hidden
• Change the quantity if you wish.
• If you want just one item, click on "checkout" button
• If you want more than one item, click on "shop for more" button.
• When finished, choose shipping method & proceed to checkout.
• For Canada & USA, minimum order is $15.00 including freight.

1. Online order: Include your Visa/Mastercard. That's it!
2. Quotes: Choose "quote-proforma" as payment option. If you include your e-mail, it will send you a copy. Call between 9-5 EST, M-F, with Visa/MC if you with to pay by credit card or use it for purchase orders if you qualify (see below).
3. FAX: Same but FAX a copy of the order with your Visa/MC.
4. Mail: Same but mail a copy of your order with either your Visa/MC#, an International money order (must be cashable at a Canadian bank); or personal check (allow 4 weeks for clearance & delivery) to the address below. (Canadian customers can use Canada Post money orders; cheques clear in 1-2 weeks). Please make out to: Indigo Instruments
5. Telephone: Toll-free USA/Canada: 1-877-746-4764 between 9AM & 4:30PM EST, M-F. Please have Visa or Mastercard ready.
6. Minimum orders: You can buy just one of anything we sell but there is a minimum billing charge of $15.00 (including freight) for Canada & USA; $25.00 elsewhere. The minimum charge will appear as soon as you put something in the shopping cart.
7. Purchase Orders: Canadian & American university, & Federal, Provincial and State Government institutions ONLY. Click on link for more info. All other institutions require prior approval.
   
   Mininum for purchase order is $100 not including freight & taxes.
