The carbon nanotube model shown in the image uses approximately 300 carbon atoms and 450 bonds to build a model that is roughly 1m (3.3') long. This kit, as supplied, only has 176 atoms & 264 bonds which make a somewhat shorter model, approximately 600mm long (20").
