Triclinic System Crystal Lattice Unit Cell

Triclinic crystal lattice structures are characterised in having 3 sides of unequal length and 3 different angles which are not 90 degrees (there may be some exceptions). The model shown below is over 400mm (16") on its longest axis. Examples of crystals which the triclinic structure include: rhodonite, turquoise and wollastonite.
