Penicillin F Molecular Model

Penicillin F is the original penicillin as isolated by Alexander Fleming. Its chemical formula is C₁₄H₂0N₂O₄S. This compound is not in active use but its many derivatives, some of which are listed below, are in active use.

There is currently no dedicated kit for this model but you can build it using our Advanced Student biochemistry Set, 68829W. The number of components required to build this model are listed below. The numbers in brackets, (Qty) are the amounts that come with the student set. If you want to build more than one such model, you will need the larger Class version.
