High Density Polyethylene Molecule Structure

High density polyethylene (HDPE) is used extensively and can be found in such things as Tupperware, 1950s toys, Frisbees, plastic sheeting, polypipe, electrical insulation and various types of bottles.

There is currently no dedicated kit for this model but you can build it using our Advanced Student Organic Chemistry Set, 68827W. The number of components required to build this model are listed below. The numbers shown in brackets, e.g. (Qty) are the number of parts that come with the student set. If you are considering building more than one such polymer model, you may wish to consider the larger Class version.
