Student Biochemistry Molecular Model Set

This biochemistry molecular model set is suitable for undergraduate biochemistry & will build the most important structures. The scale is 20mm=100pm (1A) such that 20mm is used for anything with hydrogen and for double bonds; 30mm for everything else.

The opaque pieces shown on the rings of riboflavin (lower left) represent double bonds which allow the rings to lie flat. Use 1 20mm regular bond & 1 20mm "thin" bond and 2 of the "X" pegs. See the main models page for information on double bonds
