D-Methamphetamine Molecular Model Kit
D-Methamphetamine (crystal meth) is a relatively simple compound but is biologically very active
and highly addictive. However, its optical isomer L-methamphetamine is much less active and is used in Vick's Vapor inhalers.
It is euphemistically labelled as: "levmetamfetamine". This is a good example of how chirality can affect the biological activity of a molecule.
