P & Pi Orbitals

This additional set of p and pi orbitals further extends the versatility of the #62053 student set. It has enough p orbitals to build all the basic elements of VSEPR geometry (not all simultaneously, but close). It can also be used to show lone electron pairs or to build a model of a hybridized orbital model of benzene using the the 6 x 5 hole trigonal bipyramidal carbon atoms (at right).
