 Phenolphthalein-Leak Detection

Phenolphthalein is pH indicator that is sensitive to ammonia which in turn is used as a refrigerant for leak test testing because of its low molecular weight.

It is available in single use test strips and also as a reusable cloth. 

Sulphites

Sulphite found in wine or on preserved fruit can be a problem for people with elevated sensitivies. These strips can detect down to 10ppm which should satisfy even the most stringent needs.
