QAC (Quat) Test Papers
Quaternary ammonium chloride or "QUAT" is a popular disinfectant used in restaurants for low level sanitization
of dishes and glassware. They are odorless, non-staining and do not corrode metals.
As with any disinfectant or sanitizing solution, the concentration levels should be tested frequently to ensure
optimum performance. We offer test papers as individual strips or in plastic dispenser rolls for fast and easy
measurement.
Quats they have their advantages & disadvantages:
- work best in the pH range of 8-11
